Travelling While Pregnant

Travelling while pregnant can be safe; though, pregnancy is a time where there are further risks, frequently due to the changes in physiology of the woman and her unborn baby.
Before going to travel should consult first to your health care provider. Talk about the reason of travel, risk, primary medical and/or pregnancy-related problems and available medical concern in other countries when making your choice to travel.

For pregnant women the safest time to travel is between 18 and 24 weeks.  When flying, ask for an aisle seat and stretch your legs frequently. Finally, you should check the airline’s rules for pregnant passengers before booking your ticket.
