To my Kababayan wanting to renew their Philippine Passport
here in Qatar, this is a post to guide you regarding the process. If you're
passport is about to expire, you will have a hard time to traveling back to our
country or other country. Better to process it as soon as possible; don't wait
further as you might get denied to travel.
Requirement during the Appointment/Appearance to renew your
passport
* Personal Appearance of Applicant
* Duly Accomplished ePassport Application Form or at the
Embassy. Please click this link:

* Original Passport
* Photocopy of the passport
* Applicant is advice to be in appropriate attire
* Fee for E-passport is QAR240.00
During your Appointment Date

* Proceed to Passport Processing Area
* Proceed to Cashier to pay the fee.
* Proceed to Passport Encoding Area. (This is where they
will ask your name, birthday and other information and your photo to be taken.
* Proceed to Releasing Section on date of release

The embassy is open to the public from Sundays to Thursdays,
8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm for the processing of all consular
transactions, and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
The embassy is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and on
Philippine and Qatar-declared holidays. On weekends and public holidays.
