Sarsa Kitchen at UP Town Center, Katipunan, Quezon City

My friends Kuya Doc Joey, Jet and I ( Team Bundat) decided to go to U.P. Town Center for dinner and we headed to Sarsa Kitchen, a restaurant here in UP Town Center which I found really interesting. Sarsa is a Negrense (from the island of Negros, particularly the city of Bacolod, in the Visayas) restaurant, which modernizes home cooked dishes giving them a modern look and flavor.

When we got there, the Sarsa Kitchen  was really busy, so nag ikot-ikot muna ang Team Bundat habang wala pang bakante. After an hour of waiting, ayon may bakante na sa table. After looking through the menu, we decided on ordering Chicken Isaw, Sinigang Bangus Belly, and Lechon Kawali with Chocolate Batuan.
CRISPY DILIS
It is really tasty! It was an appetizer on the menu pero ginawa naming ulam.  You must try this one!
CHICKEN ISAW
Isaw was finely cooked perfectly it was grilled until just slightly burnt at the edges.
SINIGANG BANGUS BELLY
The soup for me was really good. I love the veggies; by the way, the fish was grilled also
LECHON KAWALI WITH CHOCOLATE BATUAN GRAVY
This one is the Lechon Kawali with Chocolate Batuan Gravy. The lechon kawali is a must try. It was cooked to perfection with the crispiness. The gravy was made with chocolate; it blended well with the batuan (sour fruit).
Their prices are very affordable and delicious. Many of the dishes can be shared with many people. Definitely I will go back and bring my other friends too.
