Bohol to host 2nd Philippine Dragon Boat Festival 2013

This 26-30 April 2013, Bohol will host the 2nd Philippine International Dragon Boat competition for the first time. It is an occasion that not only excites the Boholano sports fans; it also offers opportunities for the industrial and cultural communities of Bohol and also the Philippines.

April 26, 2013
-Registration & Arrival of  Teams @ 8 am
-Dragon Boat Team Training (Whole Day)
-Photo Shoot for Dragon Boat Teams (Diffrent Hotel) @ 6 pm

April 27, 2013-Registration & Arrival of Teams @ 8 am
-Motorcade (from Tagbilaran Pier to Dauis event compound ) @ 9 am
-Friendship Games @ 11 am
-Dragon Boat Team Training (whole day)
-Team Managers Meeting / press con at Bellevue at 2pm
-Opening Ceremonies with Cocktails @ 6 pm

April 28, 2013
-Race Day1 @ 8am - 5pm

April 29, 2013
-Race Day 2 @ 8 am -5 pm
-Closing /Awarding Ceremonies @ 7 pm
-Farewell Party

April 30, 2013
-Dragon Boat Team Tours Around Bohol @ 8 am

Hopefully, this event will make Bohol a destination for water sports, and developing it to be the Dragon Boat Capital of the Philippines.
