Arya Persian Restaurant is the home of authentic Persian cuisine .They offer a wide array of Eastern dishes, particularly Persian, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern.
Anyway, just one fine day, my friend Jaz decided to set a date for some catch-up lunch. Since we really missed those Middle Eastern foods we decided to eat Arya Persian Restaurant.
We ordered Chicken Biryani and beef biryani for our main course -- a set of rice-based foods made with spices, rice (usually basmati) and meat, fish, eggs or vegetables. The name is derived from the Persian word berya which means "fried" or "roasted".
BEEF BIRYANI - P479.00 |
CHICKEN BIRYANI - P482.00 |
We also ordered Sambuseh and Shirazi Vegetable salad .The sambusehs are triangle bread pockets filled with mashed potatoes, coriander leaves and cheese.
SAMBUSEH - P278.00 |
SHIRAZI SALAD - P198.00 |
After our dining experience at Arya restaurant, there was no doubt in our minds that we will definitely go back to that restaurant again sobrang na miss lang namin mga pagkain from Middle East.
Although the food was quite expensive, we both agree that it was definitely worth it.
If you like to try something Persian or Middle Eastern foods try Arya Persian Restaurant in Robinsons Place Ermita. There are two branches of Arya, one inside the Robinson Place and one just outside the main entrance of Robinson Place. We tried the one located outside, because that place is bigger and with a more quiet ambience.
