Shi Lin at Shangri-La Plaza

I was invited by Team Bundat for lunch in Shangri-La Plaza, EDSA, one weekend for sumptuous food trip. Experience Shi Lin an authentic Taiwanese food without leaving Manila. Shi Lin opened their first branch in 2010 and it is the first Taiwanese restaurant in Metro Manila. Named after Shi Lin District in Taiwan which is best known for its Shi Lin Night Market.

On this trip, We ordered Xiao Long Bao, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Spicy Spare Ribs, Salt & Pepper Squid, Fried Chicken Chop, Stirfry Bok Choy, Squash with Salted Eggs and Fried Rice with Shrimp & Egg.

FRIED CHICKEN CHOP

SALT & PEPPER SQUID

BEEF NOODLES SOUP

FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP AND EGG

XIAO LONG BAO

SQUASH WITH SALTED EGG

I love the Beef Noodles its meat was tender and noodles firm and smooth. The soup base had a strong and lingering beefy taste. For dimsum, I enjoyed as well bites of their best selling, Xiao Long Bao and at yung  Fried rice , grabe ang sarap ng rice nila. Kahit tuyo lang ang ulam panalo. hahaha

Their prices are very affordable and delicious. Many of the dishes can be shared with many people. Definitely I will go back and bring my other friends too.

Thank you Doc Joey and Kuya Jet :)
