Sunflower Farms at RJ Javier’s Tropical Fruit Farm - Cagawasan, Pilar, Bohol

In Bohol province, travelers have something new to enjoy aside from white beaches, falls, cave pools, river cruise, chocolate Hills and etc. Sunflower lovers are in for a big surprise when a sunflower farm in Pilar, Bohol became an instant tourist attraction.

The farm, called “RJ Javier’s Tropical Fruit Farm,” also features a bloom field with colorful flowers and a patch of vegetables and fruits. The 22-hectare land owned by Mr. Rodolfo Javier Jr.

HOW TO GET THERE
It takes around 2 hours from City of Tagbilaran to get in touch the town of Pilar, Bohol. If you wish to travel own your own, from Tagbilaran City you may head to integrated bus station (Dao) and catch a bus going to Pilar route. Drop off at Pilar Public Market. To get there one must charter a "Habal-Habal" going to Brgy. Cagawasan.

A few meters from NIA Office, turn left to the first road. From there, one will see a marker, which welcomes motorists to Barangay Cagawasan for a 5-minute drive to the farm.
