Last Thursday, I went to BGC Highstreet Central for a very exciting foodie meet-up with my friends and we both decided to try a Korean Restaurant.

Korean culture and lifestyle is being embraced by Filipinos these days as they watch Koreanovelas, music and of course eat Korean food.
Our Sariwon Korean Barbecue experience started with some tabs that expanded into tissue wipes when hot water was poured on it.Pretty cool stuff! hehe. Everytime I saw this, na iimagine ko yung nakita ko sa facebook viral videos. hahahhaha. Followed by a variety of complimentary Korean side dishes called banchan for us to try while waiting for the main courses. A plate of fresh lettuce with shredded cabbage and sliced cherry tomatoes in sesame vinaigrette dressing. Series of banchan classics followed such as anchovies, bean sprouts, raddish, peanuts and my favorite kimchi.
Then was followed our Korean barbecue adventure, we were served with Sariwon's best-seller for grill choices and dessert.
Love Korean food? Then you must try Sariwon Korean Restaurant at Bonifacio High Street, BGC. They offers big taste of Korean food. Sariwon is definitely a culinary cuisine that you should experience.
