It took us about 2 hour and 30 minutes to reach the summit as in sobrang bagal talaga ako kasi matagal akong hindi na nakaakyat sa bundok, and the sun’s heat is really exhausting. The great thing about hiking in group is that you have someone to share the agony with haha. Along the trail you’ll see tall grasses and bamboos. We setting up the tent and prepared our dinner.
We woke up around 6 am and Carl prepared our breakfast before going to Lanawan River for swimming.

It took us around 2 hours to reach the Lanawan area. We stayed there almost 5 hours and we agreed to head back to the jump-off before it gets dark. It took more than 3 hours when we finally reached the Wawa Dam. As we concluded this fun-filled adventure, all I can think about was how I have had yet another well-spent day in my home, the mountains.
